Sometimes the automatic provision of a new service might have failed due to different reasons.
One of the reasons can be that the modem is already active with another account or the modem is not known in the hub.
Quika does only support modems that are sold as "Ready for Quika" kits and come from official suppliers.
If that is the case and your modem has not ben activated automatically please contact our support for assistance. They will review the service and activate it for you.
